Food Safety Placing food safety as an integral part for entire activities: - The stakeholders including government ensure food is not only nutritious, but safe for everyone. - Safe food begins with good shrimp aquaculture practices. - Working together and all share in the efforts to make safe, healthy food a priority including conducted handling in a safe manner. - Most of Indonesia Shrimp producers are certified with international standards such as, HCCAP, BRC, ISO. |
Environmental Responsibility - Promote responsible development and management of aquaculture to minimize environment footprint. - Indonesia might have more farms using Biofloc technology than any other country. Biofloc is a technology to improve water quality and provide an additional feed source at the same time.
